Data and purpose
Your name, email address, message and optional company name are collected directly from you. Name, email and message are required to submit the form; company is optional. They are used to reply, clarify your enquiry and prepare a proposal if requested. Contacting me does not subscribe you to advertising. Please avoid sensitive data and unnecessary information about other people.
Legal basis
Requests for a quote or services are handled to take pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other professional enquiries are handled on the basis of a legitimate interest in communicating with people who get in touch (Article 6(1)(f)); you may object on grounds relating to your situation. Data needed for legal obligations are processed under Article 6(1)(c). No decisions with legal effects are based solely on automated processing.
Services involved
Formspark, operated by Trampoline Software SRL (Belgium), receives and stores submissions under its data processing agreement. Notifications arrive in a Google Gmail inbox and Vercel hosts the website. These services may process connection data, such as IP addresses and request logs, to provide and protect their services. Formspark also reports approximate location derived from IP addresses. Data may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
International processing
Provider infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Formspark identifies locations and safeguards in its subprocessor list. Vercel addresses transfers in its data processing agreement. Google explains its use of adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses in its transfer frameworks. You can consult these documents or request information and a copy of applicable safeguards using the contact email above. The inbox uses free Gmail, subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for no more than twelve months after the last communication. Where legal obligations or claims require it, necessary data are retained with restricted access for the applicable period. Processing connected to a service contract will be explained separately. This period covers copies of the enquiry in both the Formspark dashboard and the inbox. Formspark provides a thirty-day recovery period after messages are deleted and separate periods for technical data, detailed in its privacy policy.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by writing to aleixcv14@gmail.com. Explain your request and provide the information needed to locate your data. Additional identification will only be requested if there are reasonable doubts about your identity. Replies are normally provided within one month; any lawful extension will be communicated within that period. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your competent supervisory authority.
